Gift Card Holder agreement

PayFellow MasterCard gift Card is a prepaid card issued by Middle East Payment Services (MEPS) and may be used at any merchant that accepts MasterCard. Signing the back of the Gift Card, using the Gift Card means that you accept this Agreement and you are responsible for all transaction in this Agreement the terms 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' mean PayFellow and 'you' or 'your' mean anyone who has received Gift Card or is authorized to use it.

Keep a record of your Gift Card number and details in case of loss or theft. You must not use your Gift Card for any fraudulent or illegal transaction or related to Money Laundry activities or within high-risk countries. We decline authorization or even claims for any illegal transaction or Internet gambling transaction.
Your Gift Card cannot be used for any cash advances, money order, traveler's checks or gambling transaction. Additional value cannot be added to this Gift Card. All transactions will be declined once the Gift Card balance reaches zero. The laws of and laws that are construed in accordance with the law of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan govern interpretation of this Cardholder Agreement.

There are no additional fees deducted by PayFellow when using the Gift Card to purchase goods and services. The following fees may apply and will be deducted from the balance available on the Gift Card, except where prohibited or modified by applicable law.
- Inactivity Fee: For every 6 months of inactivity, a JD1 will be deducted.

- Lost or Stolen Gift Card: We will charge a JD 2 fee to replace a lost or stolen Gift Card, after confirming the ownership, which will be deducted from the balance of your Gift Card, where the minimum balance should be JD 4. A reissued Gift Card may take up to 30 days process. Delivery charges to be charged to the customer.

No Resale
Resale of Gift Card is strictly prohibited.

The Gift Card and funds associated there with are valid through the expiration date shown on the front of the Gift Card or until the value on the Gift Card reaches zero, except where prohibited or modified by applicable law when the Gift Card expires, it will be closed and any unused balance will be handled according regulated laws followed by MEPS without cause or notice. You must surrender a revoke Gift Card and may not use it to make purchases.

Liability for Lost/Stolen Gift Card and Unauthorized Transactions
Inform Gift Card Services immediately at, +96264564891, 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, if your Gift Card has been lost, stolen, or subject to unauthorized use. You will be required to provide your name, the Gift Card number, original value, and transaction history. You may be liable for all transaction that occur on your Gift Card, until your report it lost or stolen unless (1) you sign the signature panel on the back of the Gift Card in permanent ink, (2) you promptly report all facts relating to a loss or theft of your Gift Card, and (3) if we ask for your cooperation in our investigation of your lost or stolen Gift Card, you fully cooperate with our request, (4) registered your full information through the registration page, If you comply with these procedures and we determine there is balance remaining on your lost or stolen Gift Card, you may request a replacement Gift Card.

Liability for Failure to Complete Transactions
PayFellow and the card issuer MEPS are not liable for any failed transaction if you do not have enough money on your Gift Card to cover a transaction, the terminal or system is not working properly, circumstances beyond our control prevent the transaction, or the merchant authorizes an amount greater than purchases amount.

We may disclose information to third parties about Gift Card or the transaction you make: (a) where it is necessary for completing transactions; (b) to verify the existence and conditions of your gift card to a third party; (c)to utilize services of third party and affiliates entities who assist us in providing the Gift Card and relatead services; (d)to comply with government agency rules or court orders; (e) if you give us your permission; (f) if you owe us money or there are legal proceedings in connection with your gift card , in which case information may be released to attorneys, accountants, collection bureaus, financial institutions, and any other involved information about your Gift Card, based on our transactions and experiences with you, with our partners , affiliates and subsidiary companies.

PayFellow Mall Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be not seen and in its original unused condition.

2- Include in your E-mail a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)
